Privacy policy

How we protect your data and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Who is responsible for your information

Destino Studios LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, which operates the FATE store (“FATE”, “we”, “us”).

This policy explains how we handle information related to our store, your purchases and customer care. For privacy matters, email hola@f4-t3.co.

What information we collect

  • Identification and contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
  • Purchase information: products, size, order, amounts, receipts, payment status, order history, returns and store credit. Payment details are processed by the payment providers enabled at checkout.
  • Information you share when asking for help: messages, order number, photos or documents related to your request. Please send only what's needed.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited and identifiers from cookies or similar technologies, according to the features and preferences available.

We don't ask for sensitive personal information to buy clothing. Never share passwords, security codes or full card numbers by email, social media or help tools.

How we use it

Necessary purposes: processing and delivering orders; verifying payments and preventing fraud; managing accounts, tracking, exchanges, refunds and store credit; responding to requests; complying with tax and legal obligations; keeping the store secure and running.

Additional purposes: sending you news, drops and promotions, personalizing communications and measuring their performance, where permitted and with any consent required. You can opt out of promotional communications and still shop and receive support.

Who we share it with

We work with Shopify to run the store and with providers for payments, shipping, infrastructure, communications, and customer care or analytics tools. These providers receive only the information needed for the service they provide, under applicable privacy and security obligations.

Some providers may process information outside the United States, including in Mexico, where our products are made and shipped from. We may also disclose information to authorities when legally required, or to third parties when necessary to complete your purchase or protect rights as permitted by law. When a disclosure requires your consent, we'll obtain it first.

If you use external links or services, such as a payment provider or a social network, please also review their privacy policies. You can learn how Shopify handles data in its privacy policy.

Cookies and preferences

Cookies and similar technologies keep your cart, remember your preferences and protect your session. Others may be used for analytics or advertising, depending on your settings and any consent required.

You can manage cookies through the options available in the store or in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect features like the cart or login. To limit the use of your information for communications and advertising, you can also email our privacy address.

How to stop receiving promotions

Use the unsubscribe link included in our promotional emails, or email hola@f4-t3.co with the subject line “Privacy — unsubscribe”. Messages needed for a purchase, security or a support request may continue while that relationship exists.

Your privacy rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or limit its use, and withdraw your consent where applicable. Send your request to hola@f4-t3.co with the subject line “Privacy — rights request”.

  • Include your name and a way for us to reply.
  • Describe the right you want to exercise and the information related to your request.
  • For a correction, tell us the change you're requesting and the information that supports it.

We'll explain how to verify your identity or authorization in a proportionate and secure way. Please don't send ID documents through social media without instructions. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law. Deletion or withdrawal of consent does not prevent us from keeping information we must retain for legal obligations, claims or pending transactions.

US state privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California and other US states with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise your opt-out right on our Your Privacy Choices page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request for the browser or device that sends them. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described and for applicable legal periods; after that it is deleted, blocked or de-identified as appropriate. We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it against unauthorized access or use. No system can guarantee that incidents will never happen.

Minors

Purchases must be made by people of legal age in their place of residence, or with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe we've received information from a minor without authorization, contact us so we can review it.

Updates to this policy

We'll post any changes on this page with the date they were updated. When a change in how we handle information requires additional notice or consent, we'll provide it as required by law. This policy does not waive your data protection rights.

Optional questions in the Help Center

In our Help Center you can choose to leave a question to help improve the guide or to contact FATE on Instagram. Leaving a question is optional, doesn't require your name or email, and doesn't open an individual support case.

If you send one, we keep the text, the date, the page or product it came from, the topic and the search made within the guide, to identify recurring questions. We don't record your cart contents or look up your order. Please avoid including personal or payment information. We apply basic filters to remove emails and number sequences, which can't guarantee that everything a person might type is removed.

Questions and their review notes are kept for up to 180 days, with access restricted to authorized team members, on Railway infrastructure. To limit abusive submissions, we temporarily use an identifier derived from the IP address, without storing the original IP in the questions database; it is deleted within two days at most. The infrastructure may generate its own technical logs to operate the service.

Sending a question authorizes its use to improve the guide as described here. You can choose not to send one and browse the existing answers instead. For requests about your information, use the privacy contact in this policy.

Contact
