These terms govern your use of this store and your purchases from Destino Studios LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“FATE”, “we”, “us”). Please read them together with the linked policies before placing an order.
Products and sizing
Check the description, composition, fit and measurements of each style. Photos are a guide to the product; colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. This does not limit our obligation to deliver the product offered.
The sizes and stock available are the ones you can select in the store.
Pricing, payment and confirmation
All prices on this store are shown in US dollars (USD). Review the final summary — products, discounts, shipping, taxes and any applicable extras — before you pay. Future price changes never apply retroactively to confirmed orders.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We need up to 48 hours to confirm your payment. A pending order, a receipt or the creation of an order does not mean payment has been fully confirmed. If you notice a duplicate charge or a discrepancy, contact FATE before paying again.
Shipping
Orders ship from Mexico. Once your payment is confirmed (up to 48 hours), the available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery can occasionally take longer. See coverage, costs, tracking and delivery issues in our Shipping Policy. An estimate does not remove our obligation to address delays or non-delivery.
Promotions and gifts
Each promotion states its participating products, quantities, dates and conditions. Check that it applies in your cart and at checkout: not every product or discount can be combined. A gift must appear in your order summary when it applies. Conditions communicated at the time of purchase are never changed retroactively to your detriment.
Exchanges, returns and cancellations
Our voluntary policy lets you request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, for unworn items with their tags and original packaging; items bought on promotion are excluded. Shipping labels for exchanges caused by a customer's choice are paid by the customer, and authorized voluntary returns are resolved with store credit.
Defective items, wrong items, failures to deliver and cancellation rights are reviewed separately. No voluntary restriction reduces the rights you have under applicable law. See the full process in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Your account, security and use of the store
Provide accurate information so we can process your order, and keep your login details secure. Don't use the store for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, technical interference or unauthorized access. Any measures we take against misuse will respect valid purchases and applicable rights.
FATE content and external links
The FATE brand, photos, designs and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Publishing them does not authorize commercial use or reproduction beyond what the law allows. External links are also governed by their providers' own terms, without excluding FATE's own responsibilities.
Privacy and help tools
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Automated guides, when available, are for orientation only; they don't replace confirmation of a transaction, cancellation, refund or the actual status of an order.
Updates and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your place of residence. Updates apply to future transactions and never reduce the conditions of orders already placed. You may contact the competent authorities where applicable.
